What You’ll be doing
 

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Implementation Manager to oversee multiple high-profile and complex studies. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in project management, reporting, and handling study-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage high-profile and complex studies.

  • Plan and monitor study steps/milestones for multiple projects.

  • Initiate and set up project plans, consolidate team input, and initiate progress reporting.

  • Monitor project status, timelines, and risks, and escalate as needed.

  • Follow up on defects and update priorities in the defect tracking system.

  • Participate in client calls and status meetings.

Project Reporting

  • Create and maintain project plans and progress reports.

  • Report current status of tasks and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines, managing workload effectively.

Reviews and Effort Estimation

  • Review study documents for testability and quality.

  • Provide feedback and work with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

  • Handle study-specific requirements and manage new implementations.

Bug Handling and Support

  • Manage bug trackers, find root causes, and assign bugs to developers.

  • Monitor and manage ongoing studies, handling questions from various departments.

Tools and Systems

  • Work with internal tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server, SharePoint, and Polarion.

  • Continuously review tools and provide guidance on improvements.

Operational Readiness and Development

  • Deliver presentations, mentor new team members, and participate in cross-training.

  • Assist in departmental goals and efficiencies and collaborate with other departments.

Mentorship

  • Support and mentor team members, explaining technical aspects and troubleshooting.

What we look for

  • BS, BA or equivalent IT education

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management

  • Intermediate experience in Technical Project Management matters

  • Intermediate experience in Project Life Cycle

  • Intermediate experiences with Clario SW/HW

  • Intermediate understanding of Software Development Process

  • Intermediate experience in database queries

  • Intermediate skills in GCP/GMP are a plus

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to self-develop

  • Ability to read and understand documentation in English language
