Job Description

Position summary

• Coordinate with department supervisor & product line managers for availability & process for Quote.
• Follow Up with clients on quotes sent.
• Maintain Data base for quotes.
• Coordinate on jobs going out till returned back to facility- rental jobs.
• Coordinate on jobs from Quote stage till execution & Job Dispatched-Sale Jobs.
• Maintain Data base for jobs.
• Maintain data base for opportunity lost & won.
• Maintain customer feedback forms.
• Update & maintain Job files & forward for Invoicing.
• Getting End user forms.
• Coordinating with finance for credit approvals for new client

Qualifications

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

• Qualifications in Mechanical or Electronic Applications.
• The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
• Good Oral & written English skills- additional Languages is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel reporting.
• Microsoft Office / Word knowledge is required with strong Excel skills.
• Proactive in all work-related pursuits.
• Excellent interpersonal Skills & Attitude.
