Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing hardware and software inventory as well as the deployment of local machines and mobile devices. This role requires a problem-solver with a technical background and excellent communication skills.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities

Inventory management of software and hardware devices.

Manage and track vendor agreements and contracts.

Configure and deploy mobile devices as needed.

Manage and support conference/meeting room platforms.

Assist with convention and conference technology needs.

Support local printers, scanners, and other peripherals in the office.

Assist users and the remote help desk team.
Job Requirements and Qualifications

Associates degree in or related experience.

1 year working in IT support or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of setting up Windows computers and mobile devices.

Problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Crestron or other conference room platforms a plus.

Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA, ScreenConnect, and ITGlue are a plus.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone and in person. Close vision is required to work on the computer for long periods of time each day.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This job is based in Alexandria, VA.
