YOUR MISSION
Glovo launched Glovo On-Demand in 2022, a new vertical that helps our partners deliver orders created in their own sales channels (website, phone, application). Glovo On-demand operates with a unique product solution and having flawless integrations with our partners is crucial to ensure a top-notch level of service.
In this position you will be part of our Operations HQ team, supporting new partners integrations and providing technical support. As Tech. integration support you will play a key role in enabling growth and top-notch operations. You will spend significant time in direct contact with partners and Glovo’s Operations, Product and Technology team. In order to perform well in this role you should be able to deep-dive to identify improvement opportunities and a curious mindset to resolve technical issues.
THE JOURNEY
- Support the integration of new partners into our API.
- Support existing integrations, identify areas for improvement and work with partners to execute initiatives.
- Act as the first point of contact for tech. related issues.
- Ensure optimal performance through regular performance monitoring.
- Ensure our standards are maintained across all countries, working closely with international teams to understand and address any issues.
- Gather all the insights from our integrations to create an amazing experience, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar.
- Communicate and coordinate with different teams including product, tech., operations, account management and finance.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new partners and work with team to develop partner strategies.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- + 2 years of experience in roles interacting with APIs (e.g. API Integration support, Backend engineer, etc.).
- Familiar with Python or other coding languages.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL and dashboard creation (e.g. Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interest in technology and digital partnerships.
- Proactiveness, reliability and autonomy to manage partner relationships and accelerate integrations.
- Developed communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven - comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing or other relevant field.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
