Job Description

Supports team through lead assignment according to predetermined priorities

Track team productivity and provide periodic updates to the Assistant Manager, Commercial
-
Monitor team attendance/tardiness/unscheduled leaves
-
Mentor the team through daily support and monitoring when required
-
Analyze call recordings to validate adherence to guideline/SOP, as when needed to support QA

Create Monthly Rooster shift for VAM
-
Create 'Absent' on Roster for VAM
-
New Joiner Onboarding Arrangement - Request Access/Hardware (when required)

Basic report preparation
-
Sales Case Management - Ensure tagged cases are resolved within guideline/ SLA
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
● 2 - 3 years experience within a client management role
● An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate in English & Tagalog effectively (in both oral and written), an
added advantage for the ability to speak, read & write in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Cantonese.
● Be both data-sensitive and sales-mined.
● Excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills
● Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet is an added advantage.
● Ability to work and navigate Salesforce and any other CRM toolsC
● Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes
