Do oddělení Packing hledáme dvě nové posily (Semi automatické linky/ manuální a FFL linky) na pozici Team Coordinator pro oblast FinalPack na bílou směnu.

Jaká bude náplň Tvé práce?

• Zajištění provozního chodu na výrobní hale 
• Koordinace a efektivní rozdělení operátorů na výrobní linky 
• Řízení výkonu operátorů a dohled nad agenturními operátory 
• Řízení rozvoje a kultury na směně 
• Podpora trenérů a nových operátorů 
• Poskytováním zpětných vazeb členům týmu 
• Zapojení do výrobních procesů 

Jsi tím správným člověkem pro tuto roli?

• Máš dobrou orientaci na výrobním shopflooru a technické znalosti 
• Máš chuť rozvíjet ostatní, dodržuješ procesy a dbáš na bezpečnost práce
• Máš dobré komunikační schopnosti 
• Dokážeš pracovat s řízenou dokumentací 
• Umíš pracovat s počítačem a moderními technologiemi 
• Nebojíš se činit vlastní rozhodnutí a řešit problémy 
• Umíš se adaptovat na změny a vzniklé situace

• Základní znalost angličtiny
