We are seeking a Coordinator to join the Tax Resource Management Specialist practice in our Hyderabad office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
-
Day-to-day management of the India Resource Management team
-
Critical contributor to success of work allocation, assignment & scheduling function
-
Daily use of Pro Staff system to enter and update schedules, monitor and resolve conflict
-
Ability to foster relationships at all levels to become an influencer
-
Champion the charge for the continuation of global scheduling
-
Understand tax tasks, associated deadlines, and skills necessary to make sound staffing planning and assignment decisions
-
Ability to recommend use of automation where applicable and identify areas for efficiencies and improvement
-
Create and implement standardized process for staffing updates within niche groups and ensure its implementation
-
Work with management team on high level conflicts
-
Proactively on-board new hires – build out standard practice; document, implement and ensure consistency
-
Proactively build out schedules for new hires
-
Proactively manage off-boarding and backfill of work and notification process to appropriate client partners
-
Daily monitoring of time entry and billable hours reports along with follow up to niche leaders

Prepare various reports and presentations for Senior Leadership

Work closely with RM to identify and resolve employee issues

Become familiar with all firm policies to advise and execute Alternative Work Arrangements, Personal Leave of Absence, etc.

Prepare and Review resource management related MIS / Reporting / Dashboards
A successful candidate would have the following attributes:

Proven track record of strong people management skills to collaborate, advise, recommend and provide counsel, direction and developmental feedback to RM team

Must possess strong analytical, organization and relationship building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with varied personalities

Ability to be a strong team player and take on less than desirable tasks when necessary

Ability to juggle competing priorities and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

Understand the need for flexibility as dictated by our industry

Experience with Prostaff or other scheduling software; experience with Workday a plus
Basic Qualifications:
-
Master’s or equivalent through regular academic programs. MBA preferred
-
Resource Planning & Management experience: 4+ years (Preferably in US process)
-
Familiarity with tax filing procedures and regulations (US Clients)
-
Skilled in the use of tax software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
-
Well organized, extremely accurate, strong attention to detail, and reliable
-
Ability to multitask
-
Capable of working under pressure to meet stringent deadlines
This is a full- time position that may require overtime during busier periods of the year. Face- to-face interaction will be important in this role given the nature of the discussions that will take place, so it's expected that the scheduler be present in the office.
