Lead Tax Compliance & Reporting
As our Interim Tax Manager (10-12 months), you will play a key role in managing tax accounting, tax reporting, and tax returns. You will oversee intercompany (IC) allocations and ensure compliance with global and local tax regulations. Additionally, you will support the finance team with transfer pricing matters and contribute to ongoing tax initiatives.
This role requires a strong technical tax background, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across finance, legal, and external tax advisors.
Your Key Responsibilities

Manage tax accounting & reporting – Ensure accurate tax provisions and reporting in financial statements.

Oversee corporate tax compliance – Handle tax return processes and ensure adherence to global tax regulations.

Support intercompany (IC) allocations – Ensure correct allocation of intercompany transactions from a tax perspective.

Assist with transfer pricing – Work with finance teams to ensure compliance with transfer pricing policies.

Monitor tax regulations & compliance – Keep up to date with relevant tax laws and reporting requirements.

Collaborate across functions – Work closely with finance, legal, and external tax advisors to ensure seamless tax operations.
What You Bring

Proven experience in tax accounting, tax reporting, and corporate tax compliance.

Strong understanding of intercompany allocations and transfer pricing.

Experience working with ERP systems and tax reporting tools (experience with OneStream is a plus but not required).

Knowledge of Pillar 2 is a plus, but not required.

Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, ensuring accuracy in tax reporting.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
