Role Overview
Dentons is currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our Recruitment function and its team members.
We offer 12-month contract.
We work in hybrid model and office is in Warsaw.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies for different hiring markets.
- Experiment new ways of building talent pipeline
- Source talent using a variety of tools
- Nurture, attract and engage passive candidates
- Pro-actively build talent and market mapping for critical areas of expertise.
- Work closely with hiring managers to craft close match pro-active talent identification
- Share data on the candidate market trends
- Partner with the wider Talent team to craft a scalable talent pipeline, discuss potential retention risk areas; and always aim to be 'ahead of the game', positively contributing to our time to fill on open positions
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring all parties have the necessary information while demonstrating an awareness of different time zones
- Conduct initial screening and selection of candidates
- Maintain and update data in the ATS and other systems to ensure accurate reporting and metrics
- Participate in additional recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience
About You
The successful candidate for this role will have:
· 6 months + experience of working in an HR department or recruitment agency.
· Ability to work in English (English language level very strong B2 or C1).
· Passion for finding the best talent.
· Experience in managing high volumes administration processes will be an advantage.
· Capacity to work on tight timeframes, with the skills to balance priorities.
· Experience in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proactive nature for keeping team members and stakeholders up to date.
· Ability to conduct Boolean search across a wide range of platforms and tools.
· Familiar with recruitment systems and LinkedIn.
