Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving and executing global talent solutions and fostering strong partnerships within the APAC region. This role collaborates with global talent teams to ensure the successful rollout of talent solutions in the region. The Talent Partnership Manager will establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders of a designated business group(s) or locale, global talent functions, and external partners to drive talent development and engagement efforts within APAC.
Responsibilities
Talent Partnership

Collaborate with global talent teams to develop and implement regional talent initiative rollout plans that align with the organization's overall talent objectives

Partner closely with global talent teams to ensure the successful rollout of talent solutions in the APAC region, considering regional nuances and requirements

Proactively identify and address regional talent trends, challenges, and opportunities, offering innovative recommendations to global teams
Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional business leaders, HR partners, HR advisors, and managers, to align talent solutions with business needs

Collaborate with global talent teams to ensure effective communication and engagement with APAC stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and inclusive approach

Act as a trusted advisor to regional business leaders and HR partners, providing insights and guidance on talent solutions that align with business objectives

Coordinate and lead regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates on talent solutions, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing alignment with regional and organizational priorities
Project Management and Program Facilitation

Utilize project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor talent solutions within the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Define project goals, timelines, and resource allocation, developing comprehensive plans with clear deliverables and milestones

Identify potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle, creating proactive mitigation strategies to keep the project on track

Facilitate workshops and training sessions that drive learning, change, and alignment on talent solutions, ensuring clear and measurable outcomes

Adapt content, delivery methods, and timing based on participant feedback, while staying aligned with the global design of the talent solutions
Metrics and Reporting

Evaluate the success and impact of talent solutions in APAC using pre-determined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Regularly analyze feedback and data on the effectiveness of global talent solutions to the Global Head of Regional Talent Partnership and global talent teams, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Stay current on industry trends and best practices, particularly in the APAC talent landscape, to provide strategic guidance to global teams and senior leadership
Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in talent management, talent development, or related HR roles, with a focus on collaboration and partnership

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field

Proven expertise in talent consulting, talent program delivery, and change management in large, complex organizations

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management solutions on a global scale or within specific regions

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both regionally and globally

Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions tailored to the APAC region

Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring of solutions

Strong facilitation skills to drive effective communication and learning

Acute business acumen to understand the organization’s industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and regional talent landscape, enabling the identification of regional talent needs, trends, and challenges

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in one or more of Asia languages will be an added advantage

Familiarity with the nuances of diverse cultures in Asia
