As a Talent & Capability Planning Senior Manager, you will assess and forecast workforce capabilities, identify gaps, and develop strategies to align with Ipsen’s long-term objectives. Working with Global HRBP Leads and functional leaders, you will ensure Ipsen has the right skills and talent to succeed.
Your missions
Competency Framework & Needs Definition (35%)
- Develop and align competency frameworks with functional leaders and HRBP Leads.
- Define capability needs in line with business strategy and market trends.
Capability Planning & Data Management (35%)
- Analyze workforce capabilities and identify common gaps.
- Develop and implement Ipsen’s 6B capability roadmap.
- Collaborate with HR Data Analytics to optimize workforce data and forecasting.
- Align short-term capacity planning with budget and workforce needs.
Talent Management Planning (30%)
- Lead Talent Reviews and succession planning processes.
- Implement and refine workforce planning methodologies.
What we are looking for
You bring expertise in strategic workforce planning and competency framework development. A strong understanding of talent forecasting, scenario planning, and workforce analytics will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should have proficiency in HR technologies and complex project management. Your financial and business acumen will also be a valuable asset.
We are looking for someone with a background in strategy and/or HR consulting. Experience in leading international HR projects is a must. While knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage, it is not a requirement.
You have a master’s degree in business, HR, or a related field. Additionally, a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning or Organizational Development would be beneficial.
Fluency in English is essential for this role. Proficiency in French would be a plus.
