About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish across all levels of the organization. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will leverage your local market expertise to guide decision-making and ensure a seamless hiring process.
What the role involves
• Own the full recruitment cycle, from initial job briefing to offering, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment methods (job boards, sourcing tools, networking, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, building strong relationships and understanding their team needs and goals.
• Leverage your local market knowledge to provide insights and recommendations on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve processes.
• Participate in industry events and provide ad-hoc support for employer branding activities.
About you
- At least 5 years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment across all levels of the organization.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment is nice to have.
- In-depth knowledge of the local job market, including talent and salary benchmarks.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Polish (C1 level)Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (preferably Workable).
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
What happens next?
- Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview with our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead. The video meeting will take about 30-45 minutes.
- Then it’s time for a second interview! Our Head of People Partnering and Talent Acquisition Partner will conduct the meeting and will last 45 minutes.
- As a next stage, you will meet our SVP of People and our Head of Engineering during 45-minutes call.
- Our Chief Technology Officer would also like to chat with you :) You can expect the meeting to last approximately 30 minutes.
- If successful, you will be given a job offer proposal.

- During the week, we mostly work remotely, but for those who prefer to be in the office, we arranged coworking space in Business Link Astoria, Warsaw.
- Every Thursday our team members meet and enjoy working together at the Puro Hotels in Cracow, Warsaw, and Gdansk. There is always an opportunity to eat lunch together and grab some drinks after hours.
