Talent Acquisition Administrator
Huntsman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator supporting the GBS in San Jose, Costa Rica. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Job Scope
Implements or performs a variety of Talent Acquisition administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping for the Americas Region. Often handles sensitive employee and company information and inquiries, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
In summary, as the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will:
- Execute key operational components of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes including requisition creation, coordination, and logistics, offer documentation generation and management, and pre-boarding documentation management.
- Provide onboarding support and coordination for new colleagues and hiring managers including providing access to relevant tools, technologies, personnel, and events.
- Take ownership of all recruitment and onboarding administration assigned tasks and tickets and make sure that they are resolved efficiently and with a superior level of quality.
- Ensure process alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements and delivery against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Provide relevant offer, and onboarding guides, checklists, tools, and templates to Recruiters and Hiring managers, as directed by and/or in support of Recruiters.
- Support Recruiters and Hiring Managers in generating and sending offers to candidates.
- Provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Identify Recruitment and Onboarding Administration areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Interact with candidates, internal customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree concluded or in progress. This can be substituted by 3 years of related work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in a shared services environment.
- Verbal & written fluency in English (B2+)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A valid US visa and passport are highly desirable.

- Proven written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance.

- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative.
- Perform both as a team player and independent contributor.
