The group's main business is the implementation of mission critical digital mobile communication systems for Government & Public Safety Communications customers.
Job Description

The systems engineer will be responsible for carrying out field engineering duties during a radio system upgrade cycle. He/She will be responsible for upgrading/deploying various devices which include network gear, windows based devices, virtual machines and some Motorola proprietary devices. Along with above duties, individual will be a customer facing technical resource through the upgrade effort.

He/She will be primarily traveling to southeast states’ to customer locations to carry out their duty.

Responsibilities:

• Finalize Designs and implementation of the radio network including infrastructure, subscribers and mobile backhaul

• Lead customer presentations

• System staging

• Complete system documentation

• Live system upgrades

• Ensuring the integrity of the architecture/design

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT or Networking and 3+ years of Engineering or Wireless Communications experience

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
