Job Description

The Corporate IT Workplace Service Team is dedicated to ensuring the optimal performance of day-to-day operations within the Corporate Workplace and its surrounding infrastructure. Our goal is to create a productive environment for our colleagues and stakeholders, enabling them to concentrate on their work while we manage all their IT needs.

As System Administrator, your key tasks are:

• Deliver and manage workplace services, collaborating with subject matter experts
• Serve as L2/L3 escalation expert for User Support across various channels
• Administer cloud platforms e.g. Azure AVD
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain IT services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Document systems, processes, and procedures to keep IT knowledge base current
• Complete tasks and projects on time, within budget, while adapting to new challenges

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in system administration
• General knowledge of Microsoft technologies to understand the full environment and think beyond boundaries
• Strong expertise in Windows server and Windows client administration
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English

It would be a real bonus if you have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge and experience in Citrix environment
• Proficient in SCCM administration
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
