Lifecycle Site Coordinator – System Administrator III 


Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a fully integrated medical campus that includes diagnostic centers, outpatient surgery and a 24-hour emergency department located in the state-of-the-art hospital. Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is part of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty, academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education. 


We are looking for a Lifecycle Site Coordinator to join our team of devoted caregivers. Within this role, you will work one-on-one with technical caregivers to enhance the quality and effectively replace computer systems. You will provide caregivers with the most recent advances in technology to help enhance and improve their daily work lives. 


A caregiver in this position works days, from 8:00am—5:00pm. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Maintain servers and workstations at the highest level of availability, reliability, and performance. 

  • Configure, install, and maintain departmental file and applications servers and workstations. Maintain system integrity through security and backups. 

  • Maintain Disaster Recovery procedures. 

  • Administer departmental network.

  • Reset passwords.  

  • Support applications. 

  • Administer departmental application licenses. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • High School diploma or GED. 

  • For Information Technology Division caregivers, ITIL Foundations certification is required within six months of the position start date. 

  • Four years of experience in information systems. 

  • Network administration, workstation/server troubleshooting experience, personal computer and UNIX architectures and interface components experience. 

  • Experience must also include installing and configuring file systems, network operating systems, shell scripting and automating management processes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. 

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.

  • In some locations, ability to move up to 50 lbs.

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
