ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Supply Chain Specialist with a focus on supply chain responsibilities, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team, engaging in various responsibilities across the entire supply chain spectrum. This role is designed for a multitasker who enjoys wearing multiple hats, from order processing and inventory management to collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Work closely with logistics partners to coordinate transportation, minimize lead times, and ensure timely deliveries of supply chain;

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring and forecasting, conducting regular audits and reconciling discrepancies in stock records;

  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order entry, tracking, and delivery;

  • Assist in process optimization initiatives, contributing ideas and support for continuous improvement across supply chain operations;

  • Communicate daily supply chain updates to relevant stakeholders.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

In addition to competitive pay, as a full-time employee at Biofire you are eligible for:

The compensation range for this role is $90K - $120K/annual salary + stock options + benefits.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

 

LOCATION

This is a full-time, salaried role. Our dog-friendly, state-of-the-art headquarters is located in beautiful Broomfield, Colorado, between Boulder and Denver. The team regularly engages in collaborative in-person sessions at our vibrant office space, but you will be offered the flexibility to work from home as needed.
