  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any delays, discrepancies, or quality issues with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Work closely with the quality assurance team to manage any non-conformance reports and facilitate corrective actions.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expediting activities, including supplier performance and delivery metrics. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier delivery performance, order cycle times, and inventory levels.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce lead times. Provide feedback to the Category Lead on supplier performance and suggest improvements to procurement processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Some experience and exposure to supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with a focus on expediting or order management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
