Student Assistant - Legal team

Job Description:

Satair, an Airbus Services Company located in Copenhagen, is currently looking for a Student Assistant (in average 15- 20 hours per week - flexible considering your study schedule) to join our Legal & Compliance department.

The start date is flexible, but we would like to have you in the team as soon as possible. The position will be located in Kastrup, Denmark.

What the job is…

You will mainly assist the Legal team Commercial Contracts department with various legal and administrative tasks.

The tasks include:

• Create and maintain a contract database for general procurement contracts 

• Legal research

• Handling of various contract work, e.g. Template work, contract reviews etc.

• Preparation of presentations

• Maintaining accurate information in corporate databases

• Create a Google site for the department

• Support the team with other administrative tasks

How you will contribute to the team

As our new potential colleague, you…

• are an enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student with preferably one year or more left of your commercial law (ha.jur/cand.merc.jur) or law (ba.jur/cand.jur) studies or other field of study with relevant experience in commercial contracts

• are proficient in English, written as well as verbal

• are proactive and helpful with a can-do attitude

• approach your work in a structured manner

• have great attention to detail

• have a positive attitude and are a quick learner
