As a student assistant, you will play an integral role in our team, gaining hands-on experience and continuously developing new skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real business activities while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.
Welcome to Baking Sales Europe
We are a dynamic B2B commercial team serving the European baking industry with enzymatic solutions that improve the quality and texture of baked goods. Our international team operates across Europe with most members based at our headquarters in Lyngby north of Copenhagen. As market leaders, we have built strong customer relationships through collaboration and innovation.
As a student assistant, you will play an integral role in our team, gaining hands-on experience and continuously developing new skills. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real business activities while learning from experienced professionals in the industry.
Key responsibilities:

Conduct market and customer research to generate commercially relevant insights, including customer, industry, and end-market analysis, using sources such as Euromonitor, Mintel, and publicly available data.

Support account teams with customer-related activities, including meetings, visits, and content preparation.

Assist in business development projects, digital campaigns, and conference preparations.

Provide ad-hoc managerial support, including reporting and analysis.
Ideal candidate profile:

Strong interest in market analysis, B2B marketing, and sales. Experience in sales and/or marketing-related roles is a plus but not a must.

Proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.

Ability to develop compelling storylines and create engaging visual content.

Service-minded, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English (Danish is not required).

Currently in the first year of a master’s program or the final year of a bachelor’s degree.
