Appnovation is looking for a Strategy Coordinator Intern to join our Strategy team for a 3 to 6-month contract, with the potential for full-time conversion. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital strategy, technology, and innovation and a desire to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, research, and client engagement.
As a Strategy Coordinator Intern, you will support strategic initiatives, conduct research, and contribute to insights that shape impactful digital experiences for clients. You’ll collaborate with experienced strategists, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to develop strategies that drive business growth and digital transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Insights
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research focusing on digital and emerging technologies.
- Analyze trends, customer behaviours, and innovation opportunities to inform strategic recommendations.
- Gather and synthesize data to support client engagements.
Project Coordination & Strategy Execution
- Assist in developing strategy presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and client-facing projects.
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Support the Strategy team in building frameworks, business models, and strategic roadmaps.
Collaboration & Client Engagement
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (UX, Design, Technology, and Delivery) to align on strategic initiatives.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, contributing insights and helping refine recommendations.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal writing and opportunity identification.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Recently completed a degree or diploma in Business, Digital Strategy, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital experience platforms, innovation trends, and strategic frameworks (SWOT analysis, customer journeys, etc).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Experience with data analysis, research tools, or visualization platforms (Tableau, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous internship or project experience in digital strategy, consulting, or technology-driven environments is a plus.
- Interest in wellness, health, and life sciences is a plus.
