This is a truly unique opportunity to join as a senior associate on our Strategy & Business Operations team. Our team plays an integral role in setting up Culture Amp’s long-term strategy and delivering strategic projects in partnership with the business that accelerates Culture Amp’s growth. Some of the highlights include:
- Delivering our long-term company strategy
- Designing and facilitating Exec strategy workshops and senior leadership strategy offsites
- Creating and implementing a global company quarterly business review
- Driving end-to-end deal execution and integration of our People Analytics product
- Conducting regional market analysis to inform our go-to-market strategy
- Delivering macroeconomic and HR market insights to inform leadership decisions
Once you’re in the seat, you will:
- Conduct internal and external research to deliver insights to sharpen our strategy
- Partner with the Strategy Leads to refine and communicate our strategic viewpoint and company narrative to different audiences
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver high impact and multi-faceted projects in close partnership with product and GTM teams
- Cultivate strong relationships with Exec and senior leaders across the business
- Oversee and optimize the company’s operating rhythm
What You Bring to Our Camp:
- You have 4+ years of experience in strategy at a consulting firm or within an internal strategy or corporate development function
- You have the mindset of a future COO, and have a penchant for designing pragmatic and right-sized strategy processes as the business grows
- You can build high-quality artefacts and templates to support and guide teams with strategic prioritisation and planning
- You make clear, structured communications with Exec and leaders to create a case for change
- You are an all-rounder who is excited about taking on unique challenges and projects
- You can analyse data to draw executive-level insights and formulate and own decisions under uncertainty
- You are intellectually curious about business and preferably have an interest in studying how hyper-growth SaaS or growth-stage companies operate at scale
