Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate structured workshops, ensuring active participation.
- Develop workshop agendas and materials tailored to client needs.
- Conduct pre-workshop consultations to understand client challenges.
- Employ interactive activities and small group discussions for engagement.
- Manage both in-person and virtual workshop environments.
- Document and communicate workshop outcomes.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead the design process for digital products, including user research, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the user experience.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience working on a wide variety of complex digital products and services.
- Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product design, and UX principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a human-centered, data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in design tools like Miro, Figma, and FigJam.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work remotely and in person(when needed) and drive initiatives independently.
- Proactive and self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
