What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with the month-end close process,

• Assist with running and analyzing reports for month-end and year-end review and for tax purposes,

• Aid in the preparation of general ledger reconciliations,

• Research and reconcile any discrepancies, as needed,

• Responsible for weekly and monthly linear and streaming accounts payable with TV and streaming networks,

• Own accounts payable activities in this media-focused subsidiary to ensure the accuracy of entries and timeliness of paying vendors,

• Manage vendor outreach and relationship management,

• Assist with the preparation of bank and credit card reconciliations,

• Support the company accounting team and ensure backup documentation is properly organized.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or similar major),

• CPA or CPA eligible preferred,

• 1+ years of accounting experience obtained in either a public accounting or corporate environment,

• Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus,

• Understanding of GL structure,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel

• Working knowledge of GAAP.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $55,000 - $60,000 plus performance bonus of (8%).  Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).  Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
