What you will do
-
Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete SiC power products like diodes and MOSFET on site or in other locations
-
Work as a team member of product development projects, together in a multi-disciplinary team with product experts, process and production engineers as well as quality engineers
-
Conduct small and medium size process optimization projects in the wafer fab
-
Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon and SiC wafer processes
-
Investigate competitor processes and technologies
-
Build up and maintain internal contacts
What you will need
-
Minimum Master’s degree in engineering field, preferably in microelectronics or semiconductor physics
-
Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with special focus on SiC processes
-
Hands on experience in wafer processing at the required equipment
-
Team player with a strong drive to achieve success
-
Good organization and planning skills
-
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
