Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.?  Vishay Binan is currently seeking applicants for Sr. Web Developer/Analyst To develop applications and software utilized to build and maintain the Vishay corporate website and other applications related to the Internet. This is a position that provides an opportunity to create real impact within the organization and build a promising career.

Vishay Philippines, Inc. is located in FTI, Taguig Philippines. There are around 811 employees currently working in Vishay Optoelectronics Taguig. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans. The plant manufactures Optoelectronics. The Vishay Philippines‘ Optoelectronic product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies in more than 22 package types, from the water sawing up to testing, package development, and product reliability testing and failure analyses.

What you will be doing:

• Web Development. Develop and maintain web-based programs and interfaces to support the corporate website based on approved specifications. To maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring consistency and accuracy

• Program Documentation.Prepares process flowchart for new and existing application programs; prepares complete program specifications. To assist developers in  future modifications/revisions.

• Application/Functional Support. Performs analysis and resolution of program-related problems. To assist the end-user on impact of their deviation on the procedures in the use of the system, whether intentionally or by mistake.

• Training & Development. Conduct user orientation on application program supporting the users’ business area. To ensure that the users are competent in using the newly-developed program/system.

What you will bring along:

• Graduate of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any equivalent course
• 3 years web development and systems design experience
• 2 years experience in Javascript web development
• Functional and Business Process Knowledge
• Product Data Management
• Engineering design tools
