As the Sr. Talent Specialist you will:
Performance Management
-
Work hand-in-hand with the People Business Partner to support all day-to-day performance management, escalating issues as needed.

Develop, implement, and maintain performance management processes for your assigned business units, including providing guidance on active performance management cases, performance evaluations, and development plans.

Collaborate with all levels of management to address performance issues, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans where necessary.

Analyze performance trends and recommend strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention and escalate feedback to business unit leadership and key people team contacts (Talent Acquisition, PBPs).

Support the design and delivery of training and development programs on performance management, feedback, and coaching skills for managers.
Employee Relations

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts, ensuring timely and effective resolution in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Conduct investigations into employee complaints or issues, document findings, and recommend appropriate actions or interventions.

Proactively monitor workplace culture and collaborate with leadership to maintain an inclusive, equitable, and respectful work environment.

Advise managers and employees on employee relations policies, best practices, and conflict resolution techniques.

Ensure employee relations practices align with legal requirements and internal policies.

Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Coaching & Support

Help employees navigate workplace challenges by mediating disputes, improving communication, and fostering positive working relationships.

Assists employees with role changes, promotions, or performance challenges by providing tailored coaching, mentorship, and action plans for success.

Coach first-line managers by providing guidance on team management, performance feedback, and general leadership development support.
Professional Qualifications

4-5 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management.

Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and consultative abilities to influence and build strong relationships across functions.

Integrity & Initiative: A proactive, resourceful self-starter who acts independently, maintains confidentiality, and serves as a culture carrier.

Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Uses data-driven insights to inform decisions, optimize processes, and enhance team productivity.
The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $80,000-$90,000 plus performance bonus of 8%. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
