Job Summary
As a Sr. Talent Advisor/Recruiter for the Diagnostics business, you will work directly with hiring managers, human resources, and business leadership to provide full life cycle recruiting on multiple positions simultaneously. The primary vision for this role is to exemplify strong partnership, presence, and communication with the business and prospective candidates. In doing so, you will provide a best-in-class experience for the business and the candidates.
This is a role well suited to a focused professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Sr Talent Advisor/Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
• You will source active and passive candidates through internal and external channels to fill positions in complex engineering and corporate support roles.
• You will work closely with hiring managers to qualify & prioritize their search efforts, and guide them through Siemens Healthineers Talent Acquisition best practices, processes and policies.
• You will proactively identify and maintain talent pipelines and sources of key competencies for existing and future hiring initiatives.
• You will partner with the business to understand their hiring drivers such as projects, ongoing KPI’s, and resource planning models.
• You will work closely with TA support teams to facilitate background and onboarding, and other candidate management activities.
• You will facilitate professional and smooth communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process.
• You will position Siemens Healthineers as an "Employer of Choice" through employment branding tactics and marketing of Siemens Healthineers employee value propositions.
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics.
• Extensive experience collaborating with and advising hiring managers throughout the entire talent acquisition process, from defining roles to selecting candidates, providing strategic insights and guidance at every stage
• You possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of clients in a fast-faced, ever-changing environment.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You are extremely flexible, proactive, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
• You have exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• You have experience in managing mid-high volume REQ loads
• You have experience sourcing talent in the areas of R&D engineering as well as manufacturing and corporate support functions.
Required experience for the success of this role
• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience or combination of agency and corporate.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using advanced techniques and tool
• Proven expertise in leveraging modern recruitment tools, such as Phenom People CRM and Workday ATS systems, to optimize the recruitment process and improve the candidate experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• A bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred OR equivalent relevant experience
• Legal Authorization to work in the U.S.

The base pay range for this position is
Min $109,200 - Max $163,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
