ICF’s Digital Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to support upcoming needs with our federal customers. You will be part of our team supporting an exciting opportunity at the Department of Defense. This opportunity is contingent on contract award and can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development.
- Monitor Salesforce.com usage for compliance & maintain security for Salesforce.com data.
- Implement App Exchange platforms.
- Providing support for hosted applications that includes monitoring logs, deployment support, and responding to questions.
- Developing administrative salesforce tools and functionality & troubleshooting platform related issues.
- Monitoring activity in Production and lower environments.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
- Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SFDC application. Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues.
- Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
- Work closely with team members to research integration issues & develop new Salesforce.com prototypes & applications.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications.
- Reviewing and Responding to Incident Tickets utilizing a ticket tracking tool and following up to completion.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment & document best practices and operational procedures.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Software development and implementation using Salesforce, preferably in a consulting environment.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams as technical lead with at least 5 team members. Deep understanding of application design, development, support, and enhancement lifecycle
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com with a unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical
- 3+ years of functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements. Strong track record working as a technical lead to perform process analysis, gather business requirements, and develop/configure digital applications.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting Salesforce.com configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
- 3+ year of experience with database software, Platform as a Service solution
- 3+ year of experience in tools and technologies, such as JIRA/Confluence, Github, and Bamboo/Jenkins,
- 3+ years of experience Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working across entire software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Must reside in the United States.
- US Citizenship required (required by federal government for this position)
- Currently possess or have ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, face-to-face)
- Previous military experience is desirable

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
