  • Partner with COE leaders and stakeholders to manage and optimize the development and delivery of critical HR programs and processes.
  • Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technology improvements to improve cross functional collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
  • Coordinate and create dashboards/ad hoc reports and insights on key employee metrics illustrating impact on business.
  • Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities to drive collaboration, communication, skill-building, and engagement across the organization

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or operations, preferably within HR

  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams
