This is a fully remote role with the US.

As a Sr Principal Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic integrated marketing plans to accelerate adoption and create competitive differentiation.
  • Actively seek new and innovative ways to advance referral physicians through the adoption journey, including making connections between marketing verticals.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic marketing team to align and advance business objectives.
  • Use your channel knowledge and project management skills to increase adoption and support business goals.
  • Manage integrated marketing programs targeting referral physicians.
  • Coach and partner with principal specialist and other integrated marketing team members to ensure alignment and balanced workloads.
  • Measure and optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of your efforts.
  • Ensure message consistency across channels and verticals.
  • Engage in challenging assignments and grow your skillset.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Develops and implements enterprise-wide, integrated marketing programs.
  • Develops the business case, strategies, budgets, executions, measurement and ongoing enhancements to meet the company's reputational and growth objectives.
  • Leads sponsorship and/or partnership strategies, including concepting, evaluation, creation and activation efforts.
  • Oversees the creation of all types of content to achieve Medtronic's reputational and messaging aims.
  • Utilizes omni-channel marketing models incorporating paid, owned, earned and shared content strategies.
  • Develops reputational KPIs, listening tools and the strategies for tracking and measuring program impact on reputation on a corporate, regional or global basis.
  • Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies.
  • Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share MDT's point of view and insight to the right audiences.

Must have:

Bacherlor's degree and 10 years of Intergrated marketing and communications experience, or an advanced degree and 8 years.

Nice to have:

Proven experience across digital channels, content strategy/management, and integrated campaigns.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$140,800.00 - $211,200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
