Mission and Goals
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our team. This senior, principal position will play a critical role in guiding our agile transformation and optimizing our web acquisition strategies to enhance our global presence and drive business growth.
Objectives

Strategic Agile Leadership: Spearhead and mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to drive long-term productivity and quality enhancements.

Comprehensive Project Oversight: Lead and manage complex, high-impact projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and milestones. Develop strategic project plans and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Conflict Resolution: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations and adeptly resolve conflicts to ensure project alignment with strategic business goals. Provides techniques for effectively presenting CRO results and insights to stakeholders, emphasizing the value of data-driven decisions and Agile experimentation.

Conversion Rate Optimization Strategy: Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance website conversion rates. Leverage data-driven insights to drive sustained engagement and revenue growth. Collaborate within organization to ensure alignment and value for DTC.

Expert Guidance on Website Strategy: utilizing software development knowledge to leverage successful website experience. Ensure that digital initiatives support overarching business objectives and contribute to long-term strategic growth.

Customer-Centric Focus: Promotes the inclusion of insights from UX/UI designers, marketers, and customer feedback loops to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

Frequent Feedback Loops: Encourages regular reviews of CRO experiments during sprint reviews and retrospectives to iterate based on findings.

Support: Provides strategies for improving workflow and reducing bottlenecks, such as implementing effective sprint planning and retrospectives. Helps the team embrace retrospectives and feedback loops to continuously learn and adapt.

Addressing obstacles: Helps navigate organizational impediments, such as resistance to change or lack of stakeholder buy-in.
Additional Responsibilities

Working with Stakeholders: Train and collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align project goals with business objectives.

Organize Ceremonies and Interrupt Inefficient Processes: Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and identify opportunities to streamline processes.

Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Opportunities for Insights: Identify and leverage insights from data to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Drive Forward Experiment culture: Lead the culture of development, execution of A/B tests, customer insights, data deep dives and other experiments to optimize web performance.

Align with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization. Collaborate within company to foster agile collaboration leading towards Acquisition KPIs and goals.

Driving Conceptual Improvements: Champion and drive conceptual improvements to enhance overall business performance and customer satisfaction.
Competencies

Proven experience in agile coaching and web strategy, with a strong track record of success in senior roles.

Deep understanding of agile methodologies, project management, and web optimization techniques with recognized international certifications (Princ2, ITYL, Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a global, remote team environment within multiple timezones.
