The Senior Operations Analyst supports the daily insurance operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in premium processing, certificate issuance, reporting, and period-end closing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process premiums and issue insurance certificates accurately and efficiently (30%)
- Generate and distribute reports to internal and external clients in a timely manner (25%)
- Coordinate period-end closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance (20%)
- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency (10%)
- Monitor and resolve audit points, ensuring regulatory compliance (5%)
- Perform various operational tasks and provide general support to the department (5%)
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients (5%)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field
- Experience in insurance operations, financial services or mobile
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Intermediate English level
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
