The Sr Marketing Coordinator will develop and coordinate marketing campaigns within the insurance industry, track performance, and maintain brand standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to develop and coordinate content development and marketing campaigns within the insurance industry.

  • Identify and implement tracking methods for marketing campaigns to monitor performance and success.

  • Develop and contribute communication materials, including case studies, newsletters, and content-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Understand design and maintain a high level of brand standards.

  • Provide marketing support for internal business groups, industry award submissions, and events to support awareness.

  • Manage complex projects on time and on budget, delivering transparent communication to stakeholders.

  • Market research, monitoring and reacting to news that impacts the industry, especially our specializations.

  • Maintain and enhance social media strategy for the brand. Build industry-related content and collateral.

  • Research media trends and opportunities.

  • Coordinate public relations opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Sound knowledge and demonstration of the understanding of key marketing principles and the implementation of marketing strategies

  • Excellent copywriting/editing skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet conflicting timeframes for multiple projects

  • Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • 3+ years' relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary

  • Experience in the insurance business is a plus but not required
