Position: Sr. Manager, Sales (Regional Sales & Educations)
Department: Sales – Prestige Beauty (Drybar and Curlsmith)
Work Location: Remote only for the States in the U.S. East Coast
What you will be doing:
The Regional Sales and Education Sr. Manager is responsible for creating and achieving sales objectives across Drybar retail channel partners, and is accountable for overall sales performance, team management and budget management.

Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth for retail channel partners.

Facilitate and maintain a successful selling environment that holds direct reports and store teams accountable for achieving productivity & service standards.

Analyze sales reports (weekly sales, rankings, productivity) and utilize them to analyze trends and performance, and develop strategic plans to increase market share, rank and comp.

Monthly, quarterly and annual review of sales performance to ensure sales targets are being met.

Partner with senior director of sales to construct annual sales & education expense budget (incl. T&e, gratis, sales collateral, events, freelancers) and allocate as necessary to maximize impact; monitor and adjust as needed to ensure alignment with targets/objectives.

Weekly/monthly/quarterly review of spending to make sure that all budgets are being maintained withing the budgeted guidelines.

Initiate and build relationships with key regional retail contacts to strengthen brand focus and prioritization.

Work with marketing and education to ensure all are working toward a common goal.

Regular meetings either live or virtual to ensure key relationships are being nurtured and maintained.

Weekly/biweekly meetings to update on any new programs and initiatives.

Recruit, develop, motivate and retain independent contractors, AC’s and AEs to maximize sales.

Provide ongoing learning opportunities, coaching & Feedback to enhance individual & team performance.

Work closely with the education team to develop new content for the LMS platform.

Monitor the LMS platform to ensure all lessons are being completed correctly and on time.

Regular meetings and touch points to ensure growth and development standards are being met.

Provide ongoing feedback and coaching opportunities to build bench strength.

Partner with senior director of sales and retail.

Partners on planning corporate/virtual and retail.
-
Events to support sales growth.

Work with retail partners to develop a plan of action tailored to their event guidelines.

Communicate all key events and goal expectations to the field sales team to ensure proper execution.

Tracking of event goals and actuals through our sales reports.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

Customer service and sales oriented.

Proven track record of delivering on all KPI’s.

Strong reputation of establishing and maintaining key relationships.
Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

5-7 years of experience with Ulta/Sephora/Nordstrom/Macy’s.

Experience with managing large field teams and multiple direct reports.

Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis.

In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is annually $111,537 - $172,324. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
