Job Requirements
Sales Force Effectiveness
• データと分析に基づき、営業活動の生産性を向上させる。
• 組織全体の目標達成を促進し、戦略と整合性のあるインセンティブプランを設計・運営する。
• ビジネスを最大化するための適切な営業チームの設計とエリアアラインメントの実行を行う。
• 戦略に基づいたターゲティングおよびセグメンテーションを実施し、新技術の活用を積極的に推進する。
Field force process effectiveness
• Leading the global project
• データ管理とスムーズな業務運営を定期的に見直し、運用効率を改善する。
• 変化する環境下で柔軟かつ迅速にプロセスの可視化と報告を実行する。
• 効果的なクロスファンクショナル活動を推進し、CX/DXに貢献する。
• 適切なベンダーマネジメントを通じた効率的な運用プロセスの構築する。
• フィールドの情報と分析に基づき、営業チーム向けにCRMへセグメンテーションとターゲティングを入力・更新する。
• データと分析構造の整合性を保ちながら、分析を簡素化するためのモデル構築する。
• グローバルプロジェクトのリードを行う
Operation
• 業務の効率化を図り、運営計画・管理を実行する。
• ガバナンスのための適切なプロセスを通じて情報共有と管理を確保する。
• 適切な分析手法を通じて、戦略に関する意思決定に必要な情報を提供する。
• 新しく確立されたプロセスの文書化や標準作業手順書（SOP）の開発を行う。
• ベンダー、コンサルタント、選定されたパートナーとの継続的な業務関係を管理する。
• プレジデンツクラブ（営業優秀者）選定プロセス、インセンティブガイダンス、FOG（Filed operation guide）の定期更新を実施する。
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
• データを分析し、洞察を引き出す能力。
• ビジネス状況を評価するための分析モデルを構築し、プレゼンテーションできる能力。
• データチームと協力して成果物を作成。
• 提案内容をまとめ、意思決定用のデータを作成する能力。
• 計画、優先順位設定、目標設定、会議管理、計画実行など、優れたタスク管理スキル。
• CRMやSFAなど関連ソフトウェアシステムの深い知識。
• MS Excel、Access、Word、PowerPointなどのソフトウェアの熟練知識
• チームワークの良い強力なリーダーシップスキル
• 対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力が高い。 ビジネス的要素を科学的に理解し、ビジネスインパクトの観点から速やかに優先順位を付けた行動ができ、また複数の社内関係者に状況を正確に伝えることができる
• 顧客・患者を重視すると同時に、全体最適のために現状に挑戦する強い起業家精神を持ち、ダイナミックなビジネス環境を楽しめる人
Typical Education & Experience
• 製薬会社での5年以上の経験、および経営学、経済学、財務など関連分野の学士号
• 必須：SFE業務、CRM運用経験
尚可：上記の必須要件に加え、開発、営業／マーケティング分析、マーケティング部門での2年以上の関連経験
Language level
• Japanese : Native
• English : Business level
