About the role:

This role will be responsible for planning and execution of Engineering, R&D, & NPI reliability qualifications and evaluations.
What you will do:
-
Responsible for new product and new package reliability qualifications and evaluations.
-
Design accelerated life test and test-to-fail characterization and evaluation of new materials.
-
Coordinates with Business Group counterparts for the update of product performance.
-
Analyzes the reliability test results and summarizing them for monthly and quarterly reporting.
-
Coordinates with failure analysis in understanding reliability failure mechanism.
-
Define reliability stress test for product risk assessment of non-conforming products.
-
Oversee reliability lab operations and maintenance activities ensuring continuous equipment performance and on time delivery of test results to the customers.
What you will need:
-
Graduate in Engineering, preferably ECE, EE, ChE, ME.

More than 5 years’ relevant experience in semiconductors industry with experience in failure analysis and reliability engineering.

Knowledge in device characterization, material science, and root cause investigation.
-
Knowledge in Reliability Test Methods and Standards.
-
Knowledge in Quality Systems (IATF/ISO/QS9000, TS16949, ISO17025)

Knowledge in Calibration & Preventive Maintenance System
-
Basic Statistics, MSA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE, QC tools
-
Problem-solving Tools & Techniques
-
Project Management
-
Technical Report Writing
-
Computer Literate and MS Office application
