About this Role:
The role involves global consolidation of financial reporting to ensure accuracy in financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and the company's accounting principles. The position requires collaboration with local subsidiary finance teams and involves various financial analysis and reporting tasks.
What You'll Do:

Global Financial Reporting: Consolidate financial reports to ensure accuracy per US GAAP and company principles, collaborating with local Finance Directors.

Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly variance analysis for assigned countries.

Monthly Consolidation: Assist in the monthly consolidation process.

Journal Entries: Record top-level journal entries as needed.

Chart of Accounts Review: Ensure COA alignment with US GAAP.

Close Procedures: Execute routine monthly close procedures.

Financial Presentations: Present financial results to executive management.

Work Paper Review: Review team members' monthly work papers as needed.

Documentation Assurance: Ensure proper documentation of monthly data.

Risk Identification: Identify and escalate risks to management.

Process Improvement: Suggest opportunities for process enhancements.

Management Reporting: Review executive-level reports for accuracy and provide feedback.

Accounting Research: Conduct research and provide guidance on US GAAP.

Policy Updates: Update accounting policies as new pronouncements arise.

Audit Support: Assist with external and internal audits.

Attendance Standards: Meet attendance and punctuality requirements.

Additional Duties: Perform other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years at a Big 4 firm or 6+ years in a related industry.

Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance & CPA, CIA, or CFE license.

Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
