Responsibilities:

Create and execute application-level test plans to validate product functionality and performance under various conditions.

Develops, modifies, verifies, troubleshoots, and evaluates analog and mixed signal electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for analog and mixed signal electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Debug and troubleshoot complex customer application issues, proposing practical solutions and workarounds.

Develop and present detailed technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, and white papers.

Conduct circuit simulation and analysis to validate designs. Performs signal integrity analysis and parasitic extraction and analysis to identify and minimize issues that could impact circuit performance

Assist in the development of reference designs, evaluation boards, and simulations to facilitate product adoption.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal applications engineering or a related field.

Proficient in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, simulation, and analysis.

Strong understanding of key AMS domains, ESD protection devices, and other Analog and mixed signal ICs.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers) for debugging and testing.

Excellent programming and scripting skills for automation and data analysis (e.g., PSpice, MATLAB, Labview).

Demonstrated ability to develop and debug hardware prototypes and evaluation boards.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management is a plus.
