JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes, plans, initiates, and implements all wafer/die-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery and ensures wafer deliveries support Allegro financial objectives.
- Creates, analyzes, maintains, and closes Purchase Documents to ensure the accuracy of MRP data in Oracle.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks or areas that would delay wafer/die deliveries, delay Assembly production, and/or result in significant impact on MPS. Take actions to prevent such delays and involve other departments and management as necessary to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate development and completion of business projects associated with production plans, inventory and capacity planning
- Fully understands all Wafer and Probe planning processes and proactively highlights issues which may impact Allegro supply chain.
- Maintain Foundry/Probe planning performance scorecard and participate in strategic business review meetings
- Manage the Rough-cut capacity plan model to ensure weekly Build Plan/ monthly S&OP is capacity feasible
- Measure and Interpret performance data using 95%ile statistical standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or related field of study
- APICS certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in material planning preferably in the semiconductor or hi-tech industry. Wafer Planning experience is required
- Experience with constraint planning tools (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Strong data analytical skills and use of tools like analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
- Able to work independently and efficiently on multiple deliverables with competing priorities under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers
- Detail oriented and focus on data quality
