About the Job:

The Sr. Analyst, Loyalty Configuration is responsible for managing and optimizing the configuration of loyalty program features, rewards, and workflows across multiple platforms. This role ensures the seamless execution of loyalty strategies by maintaining accurate system settings, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a strong technical foundation and an eye for detail, this position plays a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging loyalty experience for customers while supporting business objectives. 

The Day-to-Day:

  • Configure and maintain loyalty program rules, rewards structures, and workflows in the Punchh/YUM Commerce platform.
  • Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot system issues to ensure program accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate new configurations, system updates, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, D&T, and Operations teams to align loyalty configurations with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and training on platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform features to drive continuous program improvements. 

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology related field.
  • 3-4 years or relevant work experience related to integrated marketing.
  • Experienced in loyalty program management, platform configuration, or digital promotions.
  • Technically proficient with loyalty platforms like Punchh, CRM tools, or related systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to optimize configurations and enhance customer experience.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with evolving business and technical needs.

Salary Range: ­­$87,100 to $120,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
