Job Description

The role 

As Marketing Operations Specialist for Checkout.com’s global marketing team, you are passionate about all things operations and automation. You are curious about solving problems and finding solutions through technology, data, automation and processes. This is key position that stretches across all operational aspects of the marketing department and involves both a strategic mindset and hands-on capabilities.

As one of two Operations specialists you will manage our technology stack and play an important part in building and optimising automated processes, as well as improving our data collection and reporting to enable key business decisions. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the company.

  • Maintain and optimise the technical backbone of our marketing technology stack and its integrations (Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Cvent, ...).

  • Take full ownership of our Marketing Automation platform (Pardot) and work closely with the Salesforce team to improve the feedback loop between teams and ensure data flows efficiently.

  • Develop and maintain lead enrichment, scoring, qualification and routing mechanisms, as well as continuously fine-tune them to match the changing needs and priorities of the business.

  • Support the user community in the roll out, documentation, and enablement of new tools and processes. Implement automated processes and integrate new tools to collect and aggregate strategic data points.

  • Ensure we have the right tools, processes, and structures (UTMs) in place to track engagement across all stages of the marketing and sales funnel.

  • Ensure data structure, integrity, and collection processes are aligned with reporting and business needs, including tracking and attribution of multi-touch user journeys.

  • Work closely with various stakeholders across the marketing org to support their needs around campaign execution, operations and new project deliverables.

  • Ensure database health and hygiene to successfully launch our campaigns by ensuring data consistency, completeness and accuracy working with cross-functional .

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, revenue operations for B2B businesses. Past tech, SaaS or start-up experience is encouraged.
  • Experienced working across different marketing and CRM technologies, preferably: Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, 6Sense, Drift, Traction Complete

  • Deep knowledge in executing best practice marketing automation, executing inbound workflows and sequences in MAPs; assessing custom fields, scoring, routing and campaign tracking/ attribution.

  • Excellent project and task management skills, critical attention to detail and a love for problem solving. Enjoys building processes and orchestrating colleagues across different teams

  • You are a self-starter, enjoy pro-actively seeking solutions and have an entrepreneurial approach to building out the best marketing automation solutions
