Job Description
Position Purpose
- This position will work closely with the Internal communications Manager to support internal communications for NA advising on best-practice communications to implement CHEP and Brambles’ agenda.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Support the development of the NA internal communication strategy, leveraging the content for Walter, Yammer (social media platform), Teams groups, and SharePoint. Ensure best practices and top-quality content are shared on appropriate channels.
- Working closely with senior business stakeholders, define and implement engaging, relevant and timely internal communications for NA
- Build a strong network within and outside the function to support understanding of opportunities and challenges and help identify communications opportunities
- Work closely with global communications teams to appropriately tailor regional communications
- Execute internal communications plans for projects and initiatives that support company objectives
- Develop, update and proactively manage regional formal risk and crisis communications and response protocols and materials pertaining to the region/function.
- Assist in the production of and approvals for the corporate reports and other publications/presentations.
- Identify and share key metrics to measure communication program effectiveness
- Develop content including news articles, videos, podcasts, infographics and other visual communications
- Assist internal communications manager in organizing Town Halls, Director Forums, and annual events. Track KPIs to monitor success and share best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Literature, Marketing, Journalism, History, Psychology, Commerce or related discipline
- Qualifications in written and graphical content production and management
Experience
- Over three years’ experience working in a communication and/or public relations role
- Experience dealing with a significant and diverse range of employee audiences and stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals/teams at all levels within an organization
- Experience providing communications business partnership. Proven discretion and experience dealing with confidential information
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communications skills (in English)
- Flexible, self-motivated, engaged, result-driven and pro-active
- Ability to relate to, collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Expertise in relevant computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, video editing and design software
