About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work closely with internal business teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless business operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing and responding to IT support tickets and technical requests
- Working with insurance software to support business needs
- Developing reports and transferring datasets to vendors
- Automating workflows and enhancing existing applications
- Supporting data feeds and integrations across various platforms
Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in software development or related fields
- Proficiency or experience with ETL, SQL, C#, VBA, and PowerBI
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
