We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager with a strong analytical mindset to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media strategies that align with our business goals and enhance our online presence. You will manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and leverage data insights to optimize performance and drive measurable results. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders including video creators, paid campaign managers, and brand creatives to execute integrated social media campaigns.

About The Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the business objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Social B2B landscape. 
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) that resonates with our B2B audience.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Work closely with video creators to develop and integrate video content that supports social media objectives and enhances engagement.
  • Coordinate with paid campaign managers to align social media strategies with paid advertising efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized spending.
  • Partner with brand creatives to maintain brand consistency and ensure that all visual and written content reflects our voice and values.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Use data insights to continuously optimize social media strategies and content for better performance and ROI.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, often in collaboration with other marketing teams to align with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our social media presence.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and company initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support product launches, events, and other company activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recent experience in social media management, preferably within the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing social media strategies, with strong analytical skills and experience using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and experience with paid social media advertising.

Attributes: Creative, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
