The Role
Architectural Digest Italy is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Manager to drive the activity of the brand on social media. The role will manage the day-to-day social posting and strategy on key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and support the Audience Development Manager and the Editorial Team in the launch of covers and special content. The Social Media Manager will be working collaboratively across teams to deliver on sponsorships, manage social partnerships, and contribute to the digital growth of the brand.
Please note that this role will collaborate with AD as a freelancer using an Italian VAT Number (P. IVA).
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimization of content on multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest

Master AD’s editorial voice

Work closely with the Audience Development Manager and the Editorial Team to roll out monthly cover stories and features across social media

Brainstorm new ideas and plan rollout strategies for testing with the Audience Development Manager

Adjust social strategy according to KPI pacing and share results with the rest of the team

Collaborate with the Sales team for the implementation of sponsorships through social media
Primary Skills & Qualifications:

Previous social media experience, preferably in environments related to design and architecture (magazines, studios, showrooms, public institutions)

Owning of a VAT Number (P. IVA) or availability to open it

Italian mother tongue with professional working proficiency in English

Good knowledge of tools for social media posting such as DashHudson and Social Flow

Good knowledge of tools for social media analytics such as Google Analytics, Parsely and Listen First

Strong editorial judgement, with a passion for the topics and the tone of voice proposed by AD
-
Strong writing and communication skills

Ability to identify and select powerful images
-
Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail
