What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You'll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you'll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.
Tasks & accountability:
- Contribute to our collaborative and safe team culture by sharing knowledge and promoting an open dialog and home-safe mentality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through cost performance feedback from projects and support of tool and process developments
- Lead the technical solution throughout our sales process, to conclude "Final Proposal Review" and technical cost basis in SOC.
- Lead the technical approval process (TQ) and prepare first version of standard technical schedules accordingly in alignment with offer scope, cost basis and support customer negotiations
- Cross-functional project management with contributors from various involved functions and departments
- Track & report the demand development vs. targets and capacities and assure portfolio transparency at all time
- Align and ensure status, progress and outlook with relevant Sales projects in line with the demand plans and link those to the portfolio view
- Run demand scenarios incl. facilitation of financial assessment and sales and/or manufacturing feasibility
What You Bring
- Preferably technical and commercial understanding of power generation and highly preferably wind turbines products
- Fluency in English, both orally and in writing is required
- Be a team player with strong relationship building skill and the ability to work and think conceptionally and strategically, who enjoys the challenge and takes ownership of complex projects
- Be an excellent communicator: clearly structure and communicate challenge, issue, solution and status of the project
