ServerCore team develops and maintains critical core services. We work on code that handles game clusters, manages game realm connectivity, stores player data, distributes game sessions in the most optimized way, and integrates with external services. Given the large number of concurrent players, our work is essential for ensuring reliability, stability, and a smooth gaming experience.

What will you do?
- Develop and improve core services that power our game backend.
- Support existing systems by fixing bugs, refactoring critical components, and optimizing performance.
- Drive the transition from our custom legacy solutions to a modern, standardized tech stack.
- Collaborate with teammates on code reviews and design reviews to maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Integrate with internal and external services developed by other teams.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions and handle potential failures according to established protocols.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend/server development with one or more object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, C++, Python, Kotlin, etc.)
- 1+ years of experience in distributed systems.
- Understanding of system architecture approaches.
- Strong foundation in object-oriented design.
- Strong data structure, logic, and algorithm skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with professional software engineering principles and best practices across the entire development lifecycle.
