Job Description

This SEO Specialist role requires strong ownership and a results-driven focus. You’ll be responsible for driving organic traffic, analyzing performance data, and continuously iterating to find the most effective strategies. A “fail fast” mindset is critical to quickly uncover what works—and what doesn’t. The position will challenge, but also reward those who thrive on data-driven marketing and complex problem-solving.

  • Manage and optimize SEO strategies
  • Monitor and improve key metrics (keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, conversion rates)
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research 
  • Track and analyze SEO performance metrics
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies
  • Create and maintain targeted keyword sets
  • Conduct site audits
  • Design content optimization strategies
  • Maintain a clean and efficient site structure
  • Create and optimize search-focused user journeys
  • Regularly audit existing content
  • Develop and execute competitor analysis
  • Monitor and refine SEO efforts
  • Implement structured data and on-page personalization
  • Manage cross-functional requests
  • Perform comprehensive quality assurance
  • Ensure error-free optimization
  • Coordinate with brand guidelines, content teams, and web designers

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
  • Understanding of technical SEO, including site audits, page speed, and structured data
  • Experience with link-building tactics and outreach strategies
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects effectively
