This position can be office-based in Munich, Berlin, or Amsterdam (Hybrid) or Germany remote.

As an Account Executive, you will focus on new logo acquisition for Swiss customers (French part of Switzerland) and have high impact on our new business revenue growth while building on your previous experiences, becoming an industry-leading expert in complex software sales.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll do:

  • New Business Growth: Own the full sales cycle, closing mid-market deals (up to 500 employees) in the French-speaking Swiss market.
  • Lead Qualification: Run deep discovery calls, identify key metrics, and guide prospects through MEDDIC.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Solution Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Partnerships to maximize pipeline and deal success.
  • Deal Management: Navigate prospects through their evaluation, shape decision-making, and build business cases that drive action.
  • CRM & Forecasting: Keep data clean, forecast accurately, and make data-driven sales decisions.
  • Sales Strategy: Build and execute go-to-market strategies to grow revenue and strengthen our presence in Romandie.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract discussions, craft proposals, and finalize agreements tailored to the Swiss market.
  • Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends, competition, and evolving customer needs to stay ahead in this dynamic market.


Role Requirements: What you need to succeed:

  • Several years of experience in SaaS sales and new customer acquisition
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with a passion for developing creative prospecting strategies
  • Skilled in identifying and addressing customer needs for HR teams and across the organization
  • Familiar with sales methodologies, preferably MEDDIC
  • Ambitious and driven to face new challenges while continuously improving performance
  • Knowledge of the French Swiss market and understanding of regional business needs and challenges
  • Fluent in French and Swiss German (business language)
